Although we know plans unfortunately change, we are unable to offer refunds after the event is booked. However, we do offer rain insurance that guarantees a rescheduled event in the next 30 days if your event is cancelled due to inclement weather!

In the event of a cancellation, it would be greatly appreciated if you give us a heads up 24hrs before your event.

We are based out of Greenville North Carolina home of the pirates! However, we serve all of Eastern North Carolina

We do not supply the power for our inflatables. It is important that you have access to a power source to ensure a seamless event!

We do not supply the water hose or water source for our water slides. it is important that you have access to a water source and a water hose to ensure a seamless event!

Yes, toddlers can safely use our inflatables with parent supervision. It is also recommended that toddlers remain separate from school aged children while at play to avoid potential accidents.

Yes we have event insurance on all inflatables that are booked. Clearing any potential hurdles for events in public or private event spaces!
